IE9 Mobile is a very capable web browser, as you can see in this demonstration of Google Music Beta in it. Windows Phone lacks a dedicated Google Music app, but you can access and play all of your tunes that are stored in Google Music right in the phone's browser. The playback continues in the background, and there are controls in the notification panel and lockscreen for play and pause.
