Bea's Insurance Agency has been serving people and commercial entities since 1999. To provide the personal service that the agency values, it meets customers in person as often as possible and also ensures that a licensed agent is always in the office during business hours to respond to customer needs. However, this made scheduling and coordination quite difficult for the two-person business. Bea's Insurance Agency decided to use Microsoft Office 365 to handle email messaging and to share calendar and contact information. The employees can now see each other's schedules on their Windows Phones as well as their computers, making it possible to interact with customers seamlessly and support the drive for personalized service.
